1. Customized Products

Refunds are generally not applicable for customized or printed products once production has started, as these are made to your specifications.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Defective product due to a production error on our part.
  • Product significantly different from the approved artwork or specifications.

3. Reporting An Issue

  • You must report any issue within 3 business days of receiving the order.
  • Clear photos or videos as evidence may be required.

4. Resolution Method

  • BizPrint may reprint the order at no extra cost, or replace the product where applicable.
  • Refund or partial refund may be offered at our discretion based on the situation.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Errors in customer-approved artwork or content.
  • Minor color or size variations within industry standards.
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.
