1. Customized Products
Refunds are generally not applicable for customized or printed products once production has started, as these are made to your specifications.

- You must report any issue within 3 business days of receiving the order.
- Clear photos or videos as evidence may be required.
4. Resolution Method
- BizPrint may reprint the order at no extra cost, or replace the product where applicable.
- Refund or partial refund may be offered at our discretion based on the situation.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Errors in customer-approved artwork or content.
- Minor color or size variations within industry standards.
- Delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.
