Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement if production has not yet started. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
If materials have been ordered or production work has started, applicable charges may be deducted from any refund. We will inform you of any non-refundable costs before processing the cancellation.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason. We will respond within 1–2 business days and confirm whether the cancellation can be processed.
